No I keep all my shot records, so should you and they still fill it out with each booster and the new shot I recently got.

Heck no. We may have stashed them somewhere in a junk drawer but once we were told we no longer needed them, they were gone from our wallets, handbags.

Never got them. Never needed them even with 2 kids enrolling in college and needing vaccine records.

This winter I took a class at a sewing shop in Old Town, Alexandria and they still required proof of Covid vaccinations.
