Basketball Standings in Winter League

Sportsengine is terrible. Idk why they navigated away.

We're seeing that standings, scores update 1 - 2 days after games. Some as same day on occasion. Also standings are reflecting the pool play games that were held at the beginning of December for 5th graders, so some teams are showing better "standings" even though each team's season has just begun. All very confusing.

You put the score in and it takes days to show up, shows up as a win when it was a loss, etc. Let alone not even having games for the rest of the year scheduled. Last year we had the full schedule published before the season began.

League Athletics went under (or was bought out by SportsEngine) which was what most leagues were using (clear interface, easy to use). So most leagues have had to migrate to SportsEngine which blows. Not even basic functionality - both to the public as well as league administrators who make these leagues run. Pretty crappy for SportsEngine to shut down LA when they only had far inferior product available...

Our AAU team has been on sports engine for years and works great. It just takes administrators who know how to use the product.

It's the job of the winning coach each week to input the scores of their game.
