Raw skin around vagina - what can I do?

sitz bath with epsom salt % baking soda

wash towels and bedding in hot water

cotton unscented pads to keep dry during day or nightgown for airing at night

+1 a yeast infection can make things feel raw and irritated down there. I’d try OTC monistat and see if that does the trick.

Do you wear liners? I had to switch to all cotton liners or pads when this arose for me. That helped immensely.

My gynecologist and dermatologist say don't do this. This is especially true if the skin in question is dry.

DP. I like Honeypot brand liners. The one with essential oils was irritating to me, however. I prefer the unscented version.

Yes, she does but American women refuse to use or teach their children proper anatomical terminology which is why soon there will be an entire generation of young women calling their vulva their vagina.
