Which of these homes appeals more to you and why?

I personally prefer the first one because of the roof deck, as they otherwise seem very similar. I wonder if people are being influenced by the lack of staging on the first one.

I personally would choose neither because there is no tub in the main suite and there is carpet vs hardwoods but if forced I would choose the bigger one.

Neither. Both terrible. Second makes no sense with first floor.
