Is it more attractive to be a short woman?

I don’t think men care about this at all.

I am 5’2” and men only pay attention to me when I am attractive- thin, well-dressed, make up. When I had my kids and was chubbier I was invisible.

WTF with these posts (the other one is about “high value” women). If you are internalizing this nonsense than you are going to struggle in your relationships. Look around - people of all shapes, sizes, education levels, etc. are partnered.

I’m 5’1. I’m attractive and popular, but I’ll never have the elegance of a 5’8 woman. “Cute” is more common. Similar to Kristin Chenoweth. It used to intimidate me when I’m at work and most men are a full foot taller, but I’m used to it now. I absolutely love being short.

I will say that it’s hard to be thin, but even harder to be a thin petite woman. I have to be at a much lower weight to be thin, but I’d really like to eat as much as everyone else.

I’m 5’0 and can’t imagine marrying a man who is 5’2. I don’tknow any guys under 5’6 even, at least not adults.

I’m 5’1” and have always been thin/petite (and blonde). I’m also very proportionate for my size. I’ve dated guys about 5’6” to 6’3”. My DH is 6’. So it seems like guys at various heights have found me attractive. Aside from needing a step stool to reach things, it’s never felt like a disadvantage. If anything I never feel awkward in a space (like I can squeeze through small spaces, people always make room for me on elevators, etc.). I remember when I was pregnant it felt so weird to have to worry about bumping into people. I prefer being small!

My husband and son are 5'5". I like men who are about my height.

indeed.. the world is made for average sized people. DH and DS are taller than average and have very long legs, and sometimes that can be an issue.

I'm 4'11", and I don't find that to be the case. Maybe it's cause I'm not big chested?

I should have of thought of that lol. I am 6’0 and DW 5’2. DD will be lucky to be 5’0 when she is done growing. Luckily for DS though he is only 12 and 5’6 already.

You can be perfectly elegant as a short woman. It’s just a bit harder because elegance is typically associated with being slim and the shorter you are the more difficult that can be. But it’s totally possible depending on your style.

Only when you keep that size 0-2 body as you age.
Otherwise, no.

-5'2 and struggling!

I’m tall (5’11) and feel like taller women get more attention but a lot of men are intimidated by tall women. I think looks and body type matter more, having a pretty face, being lean with curves is more important. Some men love short women and some love tall women.

Not short women, per se, but shorter than the man by a few inches.
