Since she is recently married can you look at her registry and find something still on the list?

Me creusette is a nice idea. I wouldn’t worry too much about whether she already has it. Include a gift receipt and note in the card you weren’t sure if she had that piece and she’s welcome to return it for something else if she does.

Since she's a cook, I suggest a really nice kitchen knife, with a gift receipt. I expect that will get even more use than le creuset.
