NVA seeking ecnl coaches

Why not just poach from a local club. VDA has one that’s available now. Brave will have one available next season. Added bonus is that they will bring players with them. Win-win!

+1 I don't see a problem with this. The more places you recruit, the more candidates can see and apply.

It looks like they are currently understaffed on the boys side.


Because one coach as 3 teams and others have 1. Why don’t they all coach 2 teams like on girls side?

Rumor is that at least one of the boys coaches isn’t coaching next year.

Have you looked at their salaries online? They are a non-profit so it's public record. That place is flowing cash.....

They were left in a bad position when a coach backed out last minute. Mo us currently coaching 3 teams.
