| I haven't in years. DS is 11 and just asked me if next year I can take him Black Friday shopping. I think he thinks it is this cool experience. He wandered off going "I wonder what I'll stand in line to get." I take full advantage of the month long deals |
| Trashy. |
| Hell no. |
Really? I'm a multimillionaire and enjoy Black Friday! |
| I’ve already finished all my shopping. |
| Why do people say trashy? It can't really make you feel any better about yourself to compare other people to refuse. There is just nothing good that comes from using it when describing people. |

I like the idea of going to stores just for the excitement + adrenaline that will be all around me.
However as someone in her fifties - it is more relaxing to stay away from the chaos. I probably would ONLY go out if I truly needed or wanted something very specific & the only way to purchase it would be to go to an actual brick and mortar store. |
| There's no need. The sales are better for me online because I use Rakuten and get money back for shopping. I've already earned $32 over the past month as I started my holiday shopping. My rebate check I get every February is usually $120-150. |

I went a few years ago when I was visiting family in Massachusetts. It started at midnight, we drove through the dark forest to get to the mall. The security people in charge of the mall traffic were all good looking!
We saw some pretty remarkable scenes like a bunch of middle eastern looking men loading trunkfuls of discounted Kate Spade in front of the store. Very long lines and a lot of excited people. It was a somewhat surreal experience. Where I live, I tried to go once, but it all started about 8 pm on Thursday and it was impossible to find parking. People looked ugly and low class at that mall, too. We turned around and went home. Nowadays Black Friday starts in the morning, s it’s become zero fun. I don’t go anymore. |
| Take a moment to google Black Friday Shootings. |
Money can’t buy you class. |
| Hell yeah. I always go to Walmart too. Love the fights. |
| Good lord, no. |
| I was raised to avoid/disdain Black Friday. |
You can save even more by just not buying anything. |
