Newbie to infertility stuff

The natural way is to loose weight and get really healthy. If that doesn't work then you need to reconsider what is natural.

OP here, I'm normal weight and otherwise healthy so not sure what that last post was about? I apologize for offending anyone, just new to this realm and was looking for some hope for my husband before exploring what I consider drastic measures at this point. I guess my real issue is the treatment i've been told about so far involves treating me more than my husband which seems wrong since I'm okay at least by all tests done thus far. Is it unreasonable for me to want him to improve his stuff before I undergo treatment???

Definitely reasonable, but depending on what's wrong, I think the vitamins and lifestyle changes can only help so much. Your doctor should be able to say whether his "issues" (for lack of a better term) are likely to improve without medical intervention. If he hasn't done so already, he may want to see a urologist to diagnose the cause of any problem. Also, depending on what's wrong, he might be a good candidate for acupuncture.

It's not unreasonable to want to improve your odds, but you might want to tread carefully on how you approach this with him. Male factory infertility can be a huge blow to a man. The marriages that seem to come through infertility the best are the ones where both partners view at as "their problem"rather than placing blame. That's a huge strain on a relationship.

PP that's good advice, it's a real strain on your DH if he thinks he is causing you to undergo "unnatural" or "drastic" measures, but that may be needed.
FWIW we dealt with male factor using IUI which was unsuccessful then we tried natural cycle IVF and we're awaiting the results of our second round.
