| I make a rosemary-orange Old Fashioned. I make rosemary-orange simple syrup by simmering 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water, and a sprig or two of rosemary, along with some strips of orange zest. Then I just use it in the normal proportions, along with bourbon and a dash of bitters. Garnish with an orange slice and a few rosemary needles. |
| My easy tday go to is pomegranate spritz. Half pomegranate juice, splash of Campari and finish with Prosecco. A slice of orange if you’re feeling it. It’s pretty light, alcohol wise. |
