Vodka and cranberry juice, shaken with ice (and simple syrup if you want). Strain into coupe glass and float a sage leaf or stick in a small stalk of rosemary.

Apple cider ginger beer mule

We also have made apple cider mules, and apple cider sangria.

Sangria:
bottle of dry white
2 c apple cider
1 c apple brandy
sliced apples and lemons and pomegranate arils
Stir liquors and wine together, add fruit, let sit overnight. Top individual glasses with seltzer.

If you’re willing to put in a bit of effort to juice grapefruit and make the cranberry cordial, this one is very good.
