I’m Jewish and health conscious so between those two things I don’t. Except for some sugar.

Really? Not based on what I’ve read, so I’d def appreciate some updated info and recommendations.

Many people (even highly educated ones) are lacking in nutritional knowledge and smarts. I know chemistry PhDs and MD's that regularly drink Coke and eat highly processed fast foods regularly.

Part of the problem is the federal government does not want to provide simple effective guidance on the harmful effects of sugar and processed foods. This because of lobbying.

Recommend looking up excellent videos from Dr. Lustig and Dr. Fung, both MD's. Also Sten Ekberg for nutritional advice.

I am sure you know the answer to this, so not sure what your motivation for posting this is -- beyond perhaps feeling superior to anyone who is eating bacon right now? Or drinking a Sprite?
