The entire system needs to be redesigned. I worked in PGCPS and, frankly, found that admin created 2x more work for me. I actively had to shield my students from their “initiatives”.
Admin should be a support role. They should be there to boost up the teachers who, in turn, can boost up the students. That’s not at all what I experienced in PGCPS, where I felt I was there to support admin and not the students at all.
