| Same here. It’s due to the unrest in Bangladesh this year. Though soccer.com was no better when that was our club’s vendor. |
If you wish to use the term, "kit" then it isn't a "jersey." The correct term would be "shirt" or "top." A jersey goes with a "uniform." Now that you know the proper verbiage, your use of "kit" will not make you seem like a poseur. And yes, the company is dreadful to deal with customer service wise. Carry on. |
The clubs are getting a cut. The quality is good enough and the payout to the clubs is probably better than adidas or nike |
This, I believe, is the correct answer. |

Parents, please don't let your 12 year olds on this forum. They tend to reduce every thread to an US vs Them argument using middles school verbiage.
|
| When did you get the email that said order the uniform? |
They're apparently having major problems with their factory, and are badly behind on orders. Nothing you can really do, other than let your club know. |
| Just google Civil Unrest in Bangladesh. cThat is a certified Capelli Factory Location. The internet is out there. It's almost like a civil war currently. Don't expect your uniforms anytime soon as most of the country is closed for normal buisness. |
| Every year they manage to have an issue somewhere in the supply chain. They're the boy who cried wolf at this point |
| It sucks that they are having issues with their supply chain. They are also unprofessional. A simple email from someone at or near the top of the Capelli food chain would do wonders for their reputation. The top of their food chain resides in the US. |
| Horrible experience with them! Same what everyone says: copy and paste answers, long delivery, no phone communication, trouble with returns/exchanges. I wish the clubs use different company |
