Does anyone know how to get an order from Capelli?

Anonymous
I ordered the first of September with a 4-5 weeks delivery time (kind of ridiculous to start but I get it) and I still don’t have my order. Each time I reach out I get a copy and paste response that they’re checking and it will take 5-7 business days for a response. Honestly, it’s one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

Any suggestions?

I don’t have any suggestions — just sympathies.

This company is the worst.

If this is for your club’s uniform order, ask your club to help.

I had luck cc'ing my club rep on the email to customer service. But sympathies, they are definitely the worst

God what a crappy company. I don't get how after all the complaints, clubs are still using them. Insane.

I don't know why clubs continue to use them, they are the worst! So many mistakes and horrible customer service. My son's kit years ago came un numbered and it was insane trying to get them to send proper jerseys

The quality is crap too. All the numbers and logos fell off after 1 wash. They have sent us new everything. We've had luck emailing them. But get your club involved.

clubs continue to use them because someone in a position of influence is getting a cut of the sales

Horrible quality. Need to buy 3x the number of socks because toe holes come very quickly. Logos and numbers came off multiple players on the team. Holes in the shirts and shorts. I may have believed this is the case with kids and uniforms in general if we didn't use better brands in the past.

Low quality, high priced garbage.

Agree with all of the above. Poorly made, even worse customer service. Really hope we go with Adidas/Nike/Puma for our next cycle (even if it does mean having to buy yet another bag).

Bumping this thread, anyone else's club use Capelli this year? (SYC here) Only about 10% of the club has received anything after 5 weeks. We look great in mis-matched shades of orange.

Apparently they promised the club the moon in freebies but none of the players have received anything. Calls and e-mails go unanswered until 3am. Must be working from overseas to fulfill orders.

Ahh, that explains why SYC players were wearing different uniforms last weekend at OBGC…

Following because we placed an order JUNE 17 with an estimated *delivery date* within 4-5 weeks…it still hasn’t even shipped!

Yup, same boat... half of our team still has no uniforms and "official" games are already starting

I have a positive experience. I ordered before 6/30 as stressed by our club. We received the uniform/gear on 7/12. I had to put in another order but one of the pants didn't have the sizing I needed. I used the email communication and have received timely response from customer service within 24 hours. The second order was received 3 weeks later.

In terms of quality, nothing to write home about. Adidas uniforms are way better.
