Now having two kids who sailed through the rest of the PSAT only to get dinged on the grammar section because they didn't know what a semi-colon was. I don't think MoCo teaches grammar and punctuation - at least not how its tested on these exams.

omg.. MCPS does a crap job on teaching grammar, and how to use semicolons and commas correctly. I had to teach my kids how to use them correctly.

No one teaches semicolons anymore; they're passé.

and with Grammarly it hardly matters anyway

DC took the PSAT as scheduled, and friends all got scores online yesterday. DC is getting an error message that there’s no score. Is this happening to anyone else?

How do find the score on the College Board site? Should they have an online account? My kid took it, but did not sign up for an account.

I thought they had to sign up for an account to register in the first place.

Yes, your kid does need a College Board account to view the score. The school should have had your kid sign up for one before taking the test.

They probably have a temporary account that was set up by the school. They should create a main one with the college board, and then once they are in, they can search for the scores using their name, birthdate, etc. As long as the name and birthdate, etc line up, the scores should become linked. You can also reach out to the counselor who will have access to the scores.
