| There is a house in my neighborhood that gives out Honest juice boxes and the kids love it and normally drink it straight away. Is that still to much sugar for you? My kid also likes the houses that give out chips, goldfish, rice crispy treats etc. |
Uhhh. No!!

+1 great ideas |
| Mini books telling what happens with the teeth, gut, and the brain when we eat too much sugar. |
Fun. Are there also minibooks about orthorexia? |
This is what we are doing this year. We have a bucket of honest juice and some Annie’s bunnies for a “healthier” option and a bucket of regular candy (m&ms, skittles etc.) |
| DD chose to do Pokemon cards this year. Kids LOVED them last year. Most of the neighborhood kids (ages 5-14) are still all about the Pokemon. |
You sound fun! |
We did this as well for a trunk or treat -- I really didn't expect it to go over so well! |
| It's just candy. |
Yikes. |

Unless you have toddlers don’t be lame. If your kids eat healthy the rest if the year the majority of the time this one night won’t hurt. Give it a week or two then get rid of the candy.

This is great! My kids' favorites are the pretzels or Fritos. There were little packs of chocolate chip cookies that were also a hit. |
| Better to just turn your lights off. |
