I didn’t get to read any of the essays. Not sure how I feel about that. But 4 11/1 deadlines met, 5 RD deadlines still to go.

Not in this house. Says he hasn’t had a “real Halloween” since 8th grade. Party planning is ongoing.

Do they really read the essays? My DC has been working on theirs for over a month. I had to say enough already we need to get this. I don’t remember this amount of stress
when I applied. I only applied to three schools. Today kids are applying 10-15!!

Yes, my DD said feels like a big weight lifted, only to be replaced with another one. Still working on normal apps and ED2. Need to finish normal apps before 12/15.

My kid is applying 1 ED (high target) and 1 EA (strong target). Hopefully done.

That's how I took it, too!

My kid didn't even let us look at his essay or supplemental responses, so I sure do hope they're OK... (My older child let us read hers and even suggest copy edits.)

Funny…my oldest wouldn’t let us read his essays and with middle child I’m reading every.single.essay. I didn’t realize how good I had it with the oldest

Senior DC still has 3 applications due tomorrow, but since ED is already submitted, DC just went TOT and partying ... Will skip school tomorrow to complete the last 3 ...

I think DS may have said we’re not proficient in English at home. Oh well. Done now.
