Removing a bathroom...

Fellow waterview bungalow owner here, also with 2 bathrooms. DO NOT do this OP! Your resale will tank. Find another way to improve your view. We did that when we bought our home. There was a wall blocking our water view (white water), we had a large picture window installed. That alone probably increased our resale by 50%-60%. Plus we enjoy seeing the ocean every day now.
