| Marinate in mix of yoghurt, olive oil, some lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Turns out amazing, really flavorful and moist. |

| I have been thinning them by whacking them with a rolling pin. So much better. Coat with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, etc.. https://foolproofliving.com/greek-yogurt-chicken-marinade/ |
This. I especially love them for chicken paprikas. |

I am a vegetarian but I use this on chicken, steak, mushrooms and everyone raves about it, including my carnivorous son and husband-

| Blah. Is this how people eat? |

Agree on brining.
Also agree on marinating in yogurt. Doesn’t have to be spicy - plain yogurt is good; you can add one combo of lemon, garlic, herbs like rosemary, thyme, or the like, mustard if tolerated. I have extended family members with very sensitive palettes and this is usually OK for them but something to me mild like say ginger or cumin to them is “spicy”. |

Who is finding this spicy? None of those ingredients are spicy, are you sure they just dont like it and are using it as an excuse?
I was going to suggest brining, but if someone finds onion powder spicy Idk what would help... |
| My child likes seasoned but non-spicy chicken breasts; various spice blends work — Penzey’s old world seasoning, McCormick Montreal chicken, an in-house Mediterranean citrus blend from fresh market, are a few easy options. |
Some people think paprika is spicy. Though it's probably just a bit too intense for them. Are these people Norwegian? Just curious

Ok thats fair, I guess if OP is using hot paprika she should stop lol. But smokey/sweet/regular paprika is not spicy, I'd wager it is the reddish hue that maybe tricks someone into thinking its spicy but its actually not. |

Use thighs.
