| Right now I am doing salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder when I bake them. The people eating these find pepper too hot/spicy. Any suggestions that would create a bit more flavor? |
|
Can't you marinate it instead? Like a teriyaki marinade or like Lawry's Hawaiin)?
Flavorful, but not spicy. |

Serve with like a honey mustard sauce or perhaps a gravey.
(Or even CFA sauce packets like I do with my kids). |
| BbQ sauce - there are lots of variety. Avoid the Carolina types which tend to be vinegar-based and therefore tangy and spicy, for example. |

Soy sauce & brown sugar

| Try Italian seasonings or add rosemary, thyme, sage, and tarragon to your current mix. |

I think soaking in a brine May add flavor
I prefer thighs. Fat = flavor |
We do marinate sometimes. This is for the times we don't. |
| Try marinating for a few hours in Italian dressing. Remove from marinade and bake as usual. |
I'll wrap a chicken breast in 2 slices of prosciutto, start it on the stove in a skillet, turn over and stick in a 400° for 18-20 minutes. Super tasty and keeps it from drying out. |

This is a very simple but delicious way to cook chicken breasts. It includes brining and baking with butter and seasonings.

| You could soak in milk or buttermilk |
| slice them thin and coat lightly in flour... kind of like chicken piccata. |

Lots of kosher salt is the answer. Plus buy quality chicken. Pound thin so you only have to cook a few minutes on each side. A little dried onion, garlic, and paprika. Grill, broil or pan fry about 3 minutes on each side.
