Arlington VA. None of my girlfriends from high school had kids in their late 30s. That's probably weird in other states. The few who had kids early are single moms today. One of them has 5 kids and is a single mom. She filters her pics so much she looks like a cartoon.

Moved to Washington DC from abroad in 2006 soon after getting married at 26. Had my child at 27, divorced at 44.

We are the same age. both grew up in NOVA and moved around a bunch as individuals. Settled back here to help family. Met 38 and married at 39. Kid at 41.

From NorCal but lived in a few different cities before getting married at 27. Now 34.

I do think well educated women in major cities do tend to marry later, I was the first in my group of friends and some of my friends are still single and dating.

I’m from NC; DH is from MO. Married at 28/30, respectively (now 47 and 49). Had kids when when we were 32/34 and 34/36.

DH’s family is from SW MO and they have kids young. His mom had her first at 18 and then one of his brothers married a woman when she was 18 and pregnant with his child and who’d also had her first child at 15. That same brother also got his HS girlfriend pregnant (as well as an affair partner later life). Good times in SW MO.
