We stayed at the Monteverde Country Lodge and loved it. That said, it’s a hotel so if there’s truly no availability then you’re out of luck. You’ll need a separate place to stay in Arenal. |
We stayed at An amazing eco lodge outside of Arenal called Princesa de la Luna. We still talk about how incredible it was. It even has its own hidden waterfall on the grounds. |
Thank you all! We went with a travel agent, and were able to find all accommodations and travel. Something w have always done ourselves but it seems to be a very busy season! We seemed to have paid much over seems like though the agency came highly recommended |
Excellent home to stay in near Monteverde. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/18697119?source_impression_id=p3_1697478562_UKc5fWFY9pEh3%2Fpp
20-30 min to any attractions. Carolina is the host and primary point of contact. The gated property is owned by her family. Her parents live in a cottage on property and are there to greet you with fresh produce and coffee grown on site. The views are spectacular. There is another huge house on the property and they were building a 3rd rental. Lots of privacy, clean. I can't say enough about our stay. We were there for spring break last year. We were a family of 4 - 2 teenagers, so enjoyed being able to have plenty of space for less than most hotels. |
