Same!! There’s a bounce in my step .

Thanks for sharing this! I grew up in Minnesota and this is the mindset there, too. It makes a huge difference. |
Not the change of season. But impending DST, yes. Makes me miserable. |
| Yes. I loathe winter, so fall is just a harbinger. Time to up the SSRI. |
Yes, this. Plus I’m in my luteal phase, DH is traveling so I’m home by myself, and my FOO has been going through a stressful situation. |
| OP, you could be developing allergies. |
+1 Every morning when i walk out into the cool air I feel energized. |
| Just about everyone in this area complains about everything including all four seasons. |
Agree DST is the problem. Otherwise, loving the cooler weather! |

Yes. Love spring- watching the days getting longer and the build up to summer. Fall reminds me winter is coming and the two months I hate the most January and February.
When it gets dark earlier, I panic over the day ending and not getting enough tasks done. Always feel like I should be getting ready to go to bed. By mid January at least the days will start getting noticeably a little longer, so I will look forward to that, even though January and February are the coldest months in DC. |
