I tried cutting sugars and processed carbs out for a month a long time ago, and I experienced the same thing as you. I got to a point where I no longer was ruled by my every 3 hour hunger cravings. You've motivated me to try this again. It also reset my gut so my digestion got better too. I've been having more and more digestive issues recently as well, so it may be time for a reset. Thanks! |
