| Nice looking. It's not really Bethesda though. That's Potomac for all intents and purposes. |
One big "intent and purpose" for which people buy a house is the schools, and this is zoned for Whitman. (As far as I know, no part of Potomac is zoned for Whitman.) Maybe people who buy $10 million houses would never send their kids to a public school, but who knows. |
| ^ There are actually neighborhoods in Potomac that are zoned for Whitman (for example, River Falls). |
There is a large part of Potomac that is zoned for Whitman. |
| I really don’t think people buy $10m houses for the privilege of being zoned to Whitman. |
I get that. But calling this area Bethesda...well, it's really not. You're a hop skip and throw from Congressional and Avenel. It's also major Potomac suburbia, which is fine. But it's Bethesda in Name Only! |
| It's already pending |

So cold and sterile.

| Imagine being the agent for this home, getting a cool $2.5 million commission right before the holidays. |
More like a $250k commission. |
| Who? |
| My teen boys would love this house! The pool slide, tennis court, basketball court, arcade games...looks like they enjoyed the place. |
