| I don’t get this. It’s obviously a big, expensive house but there’s nothing special about the property except the basketball court. The house looks like any other 2000’s suburban mansion. |

Since the owner is listed I just want to clarify that it’s a perfectly lovely house and I’m sure they had amazing parties and good times there. I just mean as a property with that price tag, I don’t get it. |

Looks virtually staged (nothing wrong with that same with my house when I sold) you can tell if you look closely.

| It looks like the kind of house that usually sells for about 7 in bethesda. I agree 10 seems high. Although I am surprised by the amount of green in the aerial photo — there are definitely houses not far from there but that shot makes it look like a country estate. |
