Drug and weapons possession should be automatic expulsion and evidence should be turned over to the police.
what high school?

I suspect this student would be swiftly expelled from TJ HS, yet they get to remain at other schools…

I suspect there are a number of schools that have this same issue, seriously delinquent kids who are not being expelled for offenses for which they should have been arrested.

I hope they expel the student and arrest the parents of the kid is a minor

No. They started alerting parents annually about gun safety. I guess it was just a coincidence that it happened today.

Expel them from school and they become gang members the next day.

The ones bringing weapons into schools are already gang members. Can't save everyone. Protect the kids who want to make something of their lives.

Keep them in school and they shoot a bunch of kids and staff members or stab a fellow student in the bathroom. Schools are not babysitting services for kids who repeatedly threaten the safety of the entire school community.

No way was it a coincidence.

Is it confirmed it was a gun that was found on the FCHS student? Will they notify the community ?
