ED therapy. |
Or maybe you have fibroids? |
Don't take it. I took Ozempic for only a month and since them my regularity is totally messed up. Even after 2 years. |
So live with it. Much preferable to wrecking your health with one of these drugs. |
This. 5'7" and 125 sounds underweight. |
+2 Everybody treating this like “oh yeah what a problem, let’s fix it.” 125 at 5’7 is nearly underweight and a tiny pooch isn’t worth this level of intense scrutiny. A surgeon for five pounds and a pooch!? |
This. I think a psychiatrist would be more appropriate |
Hire a personal trainer it will be cheaper.
See a mental health professional to work on better body image. You could try talking to some surgeons but I suspect many would turn down the liposuction since you are underweight. |
I am obese and it is worth it. And as long as I eat clean (high protein, no processed or fried foods or alcohol, limited carbs, most from fruits and veggies), drink a lot of water and take a magnesium supplement, the side effects have been minimal. And as of today, I’m exactly 5 months in and 48 pounds down. And proud of that. Wegovy helped, but I’ve but in a lot of work. BUT— you have to titrate up doses. So it’s 3-4 months to be at full strength. And, the weight loss is largely because the medication turns off the food noise and hunger cravings and makes it possible for me to stay on a strict diet of 1200 calories, 40% protein (120g) a day. (Try to find a way to get 120gs of protein in only 1200 calories sometime. It’s a very rigid diet. Despite my best efforts, there are weeks I’m closer to 100g average) Also 2 60 minute strength training sessions a week with a personal trainer, 3 45 minute cardio sessions a week. The pounds don’t just magically melt off. You have to commit to serious lifestyle changes. As in, I have had no, rice, pasta, alcohol, or friend/highly processed foods in 5 months. Not the occasional cheat. None. That’s how you avoid the side effects. Also, my arms and legs are toning. I’m down a bra size or maybe 2. My face is much thinner. But, I’m 50 and the weight is coming off my abdomen very slowly. And no amount of Wegovy, core exercise, or diet modification changes that pattern of weight loss. Welcome to menopause. |
That's a lot of risk for 5lbs OP. I would not go to a Dr willing to prescribe for that. |
This has to be a troll post. If it isn’t, you know there is a global shortage of supply outside of the US for those who actually need it. Rich American women are buying it up for aesthetic reasons. |
That’s what Linda Evangelista thought. No one needs Coolsculpt. What a mess. |
Ridiculous. Exercise. |
This is just aging OP. Doubt weight loss drugs would do any good, you really need a trainer. |
Getting your glucose spikes under control can really impact belly fat. I would try this before resorting to drastic measures:
