I don’t think I would last 3 minutes in a 12% incline. I see these reels all the time and they say they’re at 12-15% but I never looks like that. I do intervals of 2-6% and 6% gets old quick. You’d have to be in amazing shape to really do this for 30 minutes. |
I am a runner and I found it challenging too. However, I think it’s also because it’s still a treadmill workout and I hate the treadmill. It takes a lot of mental energy for me to focus on a treadmill workout. If I can adapt the workout to a climb up the mountain, I think it will be less challenging. |
