What’s wrong with this house in Vienna?

Anonymous
I know for a fact that's a great neighborhood. But for that much money, the detached garage is a deal breaker, and the kitchen looks really tight with old painted cabinets. If I can spend over a million in Vienna, I'm going to want something a little better.

It's certainly not in the "heart of Vienna" as the agent is falsely claiming. And the house is stranded on a weird pipe stem amidst a bunch of newer houses.

Otherwise, an interesting house although as others have noted there may be issues coming up during inspection that are scaring people away.

Again. This has nothing to do with why it's gone under contract 3 times, and fallen out. When you make an offer you already know what the layout is like, you already know its on a stem pipe. This has to be something that's been revealed during the inspection phase - something you can't see with the naked eye.

The question was "What's wrong with this house in Vienna?" It's got a weird funky layout that immediately puts some buyers off (like me). Lots of houses around here get snapped up even when there may be some "invisible" problem because they have other things going for them that people like.
