So, whatever ham has the least sodium is where I would start.

I mean, this is disinformation.

I was going to say 🀯 so much non-sense for what ?

No, that's what I'll eat after I send them off to school with their tofu "ham".

Since we have people who appreciate humor on here, time to trot out my fave ham meme.
Also, someone resurrect the ham thread!

(ps I love ham)

Tofurky slices are delicious. My kids love them. I cannot say enough good things. Trader Joe’s has vegan deli slices now and then.
If you want to make your own, do a google search for vegan deli ham or lunch meat. In the early days of the pandemic, before I figured out the grocery delivery, I made my own vegan lunch meat. Delicious! The key for me was to use the orrington farms vegan ham broth powder

I would go one of two ways: either they get half the ham you usually use in a sandwich and you replace the other half with oven roasted turkey slices, or they get ham piled high in their sandwich just one day a week. Substitutes are never satisfying.

No..all ham is cured. Even the nitrate free kind. But it isn’t any worse than deli turkey. So just buy the deli meat you like and try not to eat it daily

None are healthy, technically
