You must admit the bolded two above are true: MAGA is all about ginned-up outrage and perceived injustices ("rigged witch hunts" and "they stole the election!") and sick conspiracy theories (the little 5 and 6 year olds at Sandy Hook cut in half by an assault weapon were "crisis actors", right?)

If you happened to catch the Sheriff of Jacksonville, TK Waters... he pointed out that the problem isn't the guns - it is the wicked people. It is the individuals who use the guns. And, I guarantee you - the guy who did this shooting was NOT an NRA member.

It's the typical cycle...a mass shooting happens. Democrats say nobody needs an AR-15. Conservative politicians point this out and say "they're coming to take your guns!" which causes people to go out and buy more guns. And yes, the NRA loves anything that results in people buying more guns.

Mass shooters? Honey, I hate to break the news to you, but virtually every single weekend in cities like Chicago, Baltimore, Philly, etc,.they have more shootings and murders every weekend that collectively are far worse in terms of total lives lost. They're all using handguns for the most part:
