If you happened to catch the Sheriff of Jacksonville, TK Waters... he pointed out that[b] the problem isn't the guns [/b]- it is the wicked people.  It is the individuals who use the guns.  And, I guarantee you - the guy who did this shooting was NOT an NRA member.
