Mikes in Annapolis, The Point in Arnold, Stan and Joes on the water in Galesville.

And pretty much any place on the water on Kent Narrows/Kent Island.

+1 to Kent Island. We like Harris Crab House. These places don't just have crabs. They have all manners of fried seafood.
