24k is a specialty of Hong Kong. They have some new method where it’s not as fragile as it used to be and the pieces are really intricate. It’s a little too bright for my taste though. |
Doesn't loose shine even if you wear it in shower or to swimming pool. |
Doesn't have to be 22 carat, just one that doesn't lose shine. |
Is there a more trustworthy mainstream seller? |
| Anyone has one which still shines after several years of showers? Link please! |
Maybe try cleaning it so it doesn't "loose shine". |
ya this. I have 22k from India (bracelets and a gold chain) that I never take off, and they don't age. |
| Go to an Indian jewelry store. |
| I have two 14k gold necklaces and a lot of earrings that I never take off even in the shower. They don't tarnish or lose shine. |

NP. Tanishq is as reputable as they come. |
Tansihq is the most reputable jewelry brand in India, there is no other brand with as much market reputation for authenticity and good workmanship. This statement is real imo because there is so much gold buying in India, people are extremely finicky about who they trust. In their actual stores they have machines which tell you the karat value of any jewelry item right there and then. |
Yeah I have some Thai Baht gold which is 23k. I love it for evening but it's very bright for daytime. |
This is the most trusted and biggest name in India and it has a presence in America too. You can resell their pieces back to them at the sale price you paid. There is a brick and mortar location in New Jersey also because of the demand from Indian-American, south asian, middle eastern community. |
| I actually have a plain gold chain from Alex and Ani that holds up surprisingly well even after water exposure. |
