I think you are confused. Equity is not equality. Two different things.

If that's so then explain why kids couldn't have outdoor lunch during the pandemic because it had to be equal and not all schools could accommodate for space.

That was just a lie from Hutchings and central office. Nothing to do with equity OR equality. Just laziness and the need for control.

I think you’re right that laziness and control played big parts in that, but the excuse they used was that some schools didn’t have enough outdoor space. Which was bogus, of course.

So your concern re: equity is FL opportunities? I am not saying you are in the wrong but that seems fairly privileged but n terms of equity needs….
