Help me with buying garlic at Trader Joe's

Pro tip, wipe your fingers on stainless steel after chopping garlic and it takes the smell off.

That's in return for educating me about the frozen ginger cubes, which I've never seen.

I know this tip but I don’t have any stainless steel in my kitchen and I don’t want to buy one or those stainless steel bars just for that. But thanks!
