What I ate —from OP
Caramel popcorn. Oops a little too much Some bites of sweet potato One small piece of the flatbread w/ a little sausage and red pepper. Sips of water, but not much. Yes I had been hydrating. I needed something. I hadn’t eaten since breakfast, and it was 2pm when I finished running. I had a bigger late protein lunch / chicken, veggies, beans afterward. It had been raining / I had been working so I couldn’t run closer to breakfast. Thanks all!! |
