Bidding War in Cathedral Commons

This is part of the area that has I have long advocated should have been a golf course. From Mass Ave all the way down to Whitehaven Park. Heck, it could be from Tenley (Wisc and Nebraska) down through Glover Park. That area should never have been filled with all the terrible little houses and bad apartment buildings. I wish I had a Time Machine, I would wipe it all out and make sure it was green and open.

Most of the houses on Fulton are SFH and are not “little” by any means, but go off.

Why is the location so good, realtor? I’m missing it. If you were selling a house that was actually within a couple blocks of Cathedral Commons, that would be very different.

Surprised to see this is Dogwood Renovations. Some of their other flips are really well done. Agree there is too much black trim, too trendy.

Everyone uses a microwave! There needs to be a microwave! Putting a microwave on the counter negates all the work you did making it blue and whatever. I will die on this hill!

NP but I used to live in that part of Glover Park (I would call it Glover Park) and loved it.

Did anyone else notice that there are 3 pictures of the same room
Is this the norm? Yet the listing says it is a 4 bedroom home. All 4 bedrooms are not pictured, neither are all the bathrooms

It's not Cathedral Common, but it's a pretty house/street and less than a 10 minute walk to the Glover Park Whole Foods. I like it!
