ACPS Exec Director Specialized Instruction—Replacement?

Assuming this is true, that leaves the question of what happened with the hiring process for Werner’s replacement. As of the end of May, I know the hiring process was pretty far along with three potential candidates under consideration. Did something happen (or is this just a timing issue where the new person cannot start until Werner’s original departure date)?

Original poster here…that was my initial question. I was part of the meet-and-greet with the 3 finalists and confused as to why one was not yet chosen. I just checked the leadership tab on the ACPS website and Amy Creed is indeed listed as the acting replacement for Werner.
