Grain free granola (oats can be an issue- even gluten free oats) Elizabeth’s is good, there are a few brands out there.

DF yogurt - Siigis vanilla chai is a good one

Bacon eggs gf toast - simple kneads is great

Avo beans rice

Fruit

Hit up red bandana or rise bakery
