Pickleball and Arlington...we need to talk

I think the better answer is to look to convert indoor space. Building courts works for right now but who is to say that in 5 years pickeball won't fall out of favor.

What do you mean some of the players are “over the top”? I also play at Walter Reed (with the high level guys).
