How to fix bad posture

Lifting weights to target back muscles. I have written about it a lot before. I tried EVERYTHING - yoga, Pilates, standing straight, Alexander Technique, physical therapists, working on my core and nothing worked. Until I started weights at 40. It’s been 10 years and I haven’t slouched since

Yoga and ballet (I like the Ballet Beautiful workouts), though if it's bad enough, it sounds like you should go to a PT.

A good PT is where I'd start. I go to Jenna at Pivot on Vermont Ave and she's FABULOUS.
