This one won't be back for awhile. It sits with Karen as names that have been cancelled.

Rebecca is such a classic though. But not underused. It was quite popular for a long time and has now settle down to still somewhat popular but juuuust under the radar. I think it's appropriately rated.

I know elementary children named Florence, Frances, and Beatrice.

I think with many of these names, they’re “back” in the sense that they’re being used, but may not rocket up the name charts. That’s sort of a sweet spot for baby names, IMO. Frequent enough that they don’t sound surprising, but also memorable.

Really bad reference at the moment.

Not for the vast majority of the country. And I mean that by way of saying most people don’t pay that much attention to politics, not that MTG isn’t bat shit crazy. Marjorie is a solid name.

Whoever said Evelyn is late. That’s a top 10 name in the SSA index.

I don't think any name that can be nicknamed "Marge" is due for a comeback anytime soon.

Not a fan of any of these names coming back, other than Gwen and Mabel. My daughter had two Mabels in her Brownie troop this year so it may already be coming back.
