This!

How Stella got her groove back!

Where have you already been?
What are your interests?
Budget?
Days available?

Shame on you for not giving more info for us to actually provide helpful suggestions.

With no information, I would suggest St. Lucia. I’ve had 2 single women friends visit solo recently and both loved it.

Also:
Exumas
Cruise (Nordic region)
Denmark
Poland
Japan (Tokyo/Kyoto)
Tour group trip

Italy (literally, anywhere). Crete. the Azores.

I would start with Montreux, Switzerland to catch the last few days of the jazz fest before it ends this Saturday (July 15th).

What are some good tour groups that are not cheesy and won’t make me walk around Europe wearing a matching backpack or following someone’s upheld umbrella?

Are you active (hiking, running, biking?)

I haven't done one of these bike tours, but I've been interested in them for a while.

If you like running, this small company has amazing trips! I've done several.

Answers:

I like culture art/museums/theater/historical sites/music; great food; hiking/walking; nature and natural beauty.

I’d spend up to $6K.

I have up to 2 weeks between now and August 26. Can break it into parts if I want.

Places I haven’t been that are on my list: Poland, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Scotland/Hebrides, Croatia, Greece, Capri/Amalfi Coast, Cinqueterre, Sicily/Pompei, Portugal, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Cuba, New Zealand, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador/Machu Picu, Japan, India. Also, in the US: Glacier/Montana, Yellowstone, Crater Lake, Yosemite, New Mexico/Santa Fe/Taos; Sedona; Upper peninsula in Michigan.

Places I don’t especially want to go: Southeast Asia, Australia, Antarctica, most of South and Central America.

Thanks, these are great suggestions. The running one is all sold out until next year but I’ll put a pin in that one.

Came here to suggest this.
Yes and if you can hike 5-8 hours, you can go see the volcano that’s erupting right now. I’d love to go!
