Y’all need to not wear such tight clothes |
Yep, I agree. I'm 5'6 and right now 145. A few weeks ago I had gone up to 150 and it is a HUGE difference. I could really feel it when I bent over to put on shoes or pick something up. My clothes fit better and all. |
I’m with you. 5’2 here and recently turned 40 and gained 5 lbs over a few months. Most of my pants no longer fit so I had to buy new ones since the weight is all in my hips. Trying to make some small changes in my diet and get more exercise in. |
Absolutely. I’m 5 feet and can feel even a few pounds of weight. For regular height people, there’s a lot more places for the weight to spread out but for me, all weight gain is felt in my hips and thighs. Honestly, even if I feel fine, my clothes tell me I’ve gained. I’m also a runner and weight gain of even a few pounds can affect my pace. |
NP. To be honest, that attitude is how you end up 20lbs overweight. You have to keep yourself in check. OP, start lifting more. Don't keep temptations in the house. Go for a walk each night after dinner. |
Hello, fellow shortie! I'm 5'2" and perimenopause hit me like a bus. Intermittent fasting seems to working to peel the weight off. |
