I think it's my neighborhood - all the houses except for one have gone under contract first week.

There are not many houses out there for sale right now, especially under 700k. I'm surprised it took a couple of days to go under contract.

The only investor type houses that stay on the market are in bad condition and need to be flipped, especially in the Olney and surrounding areas
