Do you lightly fry your tuna?

Every morning, baby!

Don’t forget to go to the deli and have all the meats freshly shaved!

Add lightly fried tuna and 5 thin stalks of asparagus, per person.

Grilled cheese

Some sort of diy sandwiches (turkey etc)

I struggle with lunch, too. I usually just have yogurt or something.

Agree with sandwich fixings and also salad fixings for those that don't eat carbs. Whole Foods has a great chicken salad. Also can buy premade grilled chicken there or at Trader Joe's. Or a rotisserie chicken to use for salad.

I never understand how people on vacation can eat three times a day. My mother is like that - we have to eat a sit down breakfast and an hour later she’s asking where we should go for lunch.

Sandwich fixings one day - deli meats, sliced cheese, pickles, potato chips and carrot sticks and celery

Another day - caesar salad, light pasta salad with vegetables, cookies

Taco day - tacos, grilled chicken, beef, salsa, guacamole, tortilla chips, corn salad, fruit

Trade ya. If mine eats breakfast (and it's always something light like yogurt and a banana) she can't understand why anybody would need to eat again until dinnertime.
