Yes. Vet here - this is the case. Vet here. All Rabies vaccines are reported to Fairfax County by sending them copies of all of our rabies certificates. Out of county certs are mailed to the appropriate jurisdiction.

I was simply verifying what the previous person had mentioned with a little bit of first hand knowledge. In Fairfax county it is not required to license your cat. It is required to vaccinate it for rabies.
